It's totally up to you! A bareboat charter means you're the de facto owner for the day, so all charters are completely bespoke. Just remember you'll be paying for things like fuel so longer trips will end up costing more than casually sitting at anchor at your favorite swimming hole.
We highly recommend using a US Coast Guard licensed captain for your trip. They will provide the necessary knowledge to keep you and your guests safe while having fun. If you would like to provide your own captain or run the boat yourself, please reach out for a pre-charter sea trial where we can verify the necessary skills before taking the boat. Alternatively, we can recommend some captains that have already been verified, making it even easier for you to get out on the water and enjoy the day!
The boat comes equipped with basic equipment and refreshments, everything else is up to you! We recommend the following:
Towels
Sunscreen
Snacks
Beverages (preferably no glass bottles and absolutely no red wine)
Waiting for you on board are:
Cups
Plates
Ice
Soft drinks
Swim floats
Everybody loves a sunset cruise and we're happy to accommodate. That said, per insurance requirements and for the safety of all on board, the vessel must head back to the dock within 30 minutes of sunset.
You're more than welcome to take a nap in the forward cabin, or perhaps put your toddler down there if they've had a bit too much fun for the day. We offer day charters only, so an overnight option is not available.
